  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom or monogrammed pieces are final sale.
Online Purchases
  • Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
  • Contact 1-862-371-4450 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the error is ours.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method, at our discretion.
  • Once an order enters processing, any cancellation or refund will incur a 3% restocking fee.
Pop-Up Shop Purchases
  • All pop-up sales are final.
  • In select cases, an exchange may be considered if the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and approved by our team.
  • Approval is entirely at Daniel’s Leather’s discretion.
